This is primarily for all Pioneer plasma TV owners with WORKING or NON-WORKING Kuro TVs that would like to maintain their TV and to protect their investment and ensure  its longevity.

  1. We will throughly INSPECT & TEST your Pioneer TV inside and out and repair it if necessary
  2. We will advise you on any parts that we deem to be under performing and replace and/or advise you on how to maintain your Pioneer plasma TV.
  3. We will update the system software, if required.
  4. We will adjust your settings for optimal viewing, if required.

International Customers - Import Fees


Destinations located outside the UK may be subject to customs or import tax charges ('shipping and handling fees'). KUROKING are not liable to pay these charges, it is the customers responsibility to research and pay any customs or importation fees.
These fee's vary from country to country, any fees applied will normally be based on the total order value which is a legal requirement and is declared on every parcel. In the event you refuse to pay the import charges and would like the order returned to us instead there will be a charge of £15.00 (return shipping fee) which must be paid before we request return of the parcel to us.
In some areas your government will not allow to return the item to us in the event of charges not being paid, on these occasions the parcel will be destroyed, KUROKING are not liable for this and will make no refund for any destroyed items due to the refusal of taxes/import fees.

Refund Policy

If a customer makes a purchase by mistake or enters the wrong amount of items, etc., and requests a refund, then the customer will be refunded minus the payment processing fee for that transaction. If the item has been packed, moved out of storage, or shipping has been arranged, then a separate 15% cancellation fee will be applied. This also applies to all services and callouts booked.
