International Customers - Import Fees


Destinations located outside the UK may be subject to customs or import tax charges ('shipping and handling fees'). KUROKING are not liable to pay these charges, it is the customers responsibility to research and pay any customs or importation fees.
These fee's vary from country to country. Any fees applied will normally be based on the total order value which is a legal requirement and is declared on every parcel. In the event you refuse to pay the import charges and would like the order returned to us instead there will be a charge of £15.00 (return shipping fee) which must be paid before we request return of the parcel to us.
In some areas your government will not allow to return the item to us in the event of charges not being paid. On these occasions the parcel will be destroyed. KUROKING are not liable for this and will make no refund for any destroyed items due to the refusal of taxes/import fees.

Transactions & Refund Policy

The credit card billing and delivery address must be the same for a transaction to complete. Otherwise, contact us to use another payment process, like direct bank transfer or PayPal. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in a refund to the customer minus a 5% credit card transaction fee.

 

If a customer makes a purchase by mistake or enters the wrong amount of items, etc., and requests a refund, then the customer will be refunded minus the payment processing fee for that transaction. If the item has been packed, moved out of storage, or shipping has been arranged, the shipping fee will not be refunded, or a 20% cancellation fee will be applied, whichever is greater. This also applies to all services and callouts booked. Note: Other miscellaneous fees and charges may apply, depending on the item purchased.

 

Refunds via local or international bank transfers can only be returned to the original bank account that the money was sent from. I.D. and proof of ownership of the bank account linked to your name, telephone number and address must be satisfied before we proceed.
