We recently moved and I thought it had been damaged in transit.
Your check list to make sure it wasn’t something obvious quickly identified that it was something obvious! The power button hidden underneath the tv was turned off.
I can’t thank you enough as it saved us from throwing it away for a new tv.
I checked my records and you fixed the “flashing blue light” issue on 17th Feb 2022.
Our Pioneer KURO is over 15 years old and still delivers a brilliant picture!

TOTAL SUCCESS!

I am so happy to inform you now that the replacing of the locked power supply with
the old one from my original KRP-M01 box was a great success!
After finishing my work and carefully rewireing the repaired KRP-M01 box I was finally
able to turn on the power and both red status LEDs from the KRP-600P and from the
KRP-M01 media receiver immediately began to glow.
After a short break I tried to restart the KRP-600A with my remote control and more
or less instantly both blue LEDs came on and I could enjoy proudly the first clear TV
picture since a very long time!
Your brilliant illustrated step-by-step guide made this work very easily for me.
I am so relieved that the repair worked out so perfectly thanks to your always fantastic
support!

Brought malfunctioning KURO plasma back to life
I started to have 8 blue blinks on my LX5090H that made it unusable. I did not want to say goodbye to such a rare high quality TV, so I purchased two boards subsequently from Kuro King - the AWW1354 and then this AWV2556. With the provided installation guide the DIY replacement was really not difficult. And now I can enjoy the beautiful picture of my KURO plasma again. So for those who want to extend the lifespan of your KURO TVs - I can recommend the spare parts from Kuro King store.

LX6090 blue blink on-site Repair

Problem with blue blink when the TV was warm - fired up no problem when cold but if switched on again before cold it would do the 8 blue blinks and fail to start. Booked for Van to fix it on site which he did several weeks ago now and all is back to normal. He was enthusiastic, careful and showed himself to be passionate about these screens. I learned a lot from talking to him during the repair which he completed by replacing two main circuit boards with re-built ones. Excellent service! working straight away, the balance has been returned to the universe...

My LX6090 suddenly after having no problems in 16 years suddenly had the 2 blinking red light issue at 1:30am.Called Van at 3:30pm in the afternoon and he basically came straight round even though it was about a 2 hour drive. The TV was fixed by 7:30pm the same day. Great professional and excellent service from Van and a really nice guy.

I purchased this tv stand after trying others that would not hold the weight of my Pioneer 50" plasma tv. It easily held the weight without any effort. Super easy to assemble and easy to install to the tv. The bolts that came with it were too short, went and bought my own bolts at the hardware store. When they were informed of this, gave me a refund for my inconvenience. Was packed very carefully and arrived very quickly. Would definitely recommend this company and this product.

My LX5090 unfortunately developed the 9 blink start up issue. Contact with Kuro King was fast and professional with my call being returned the same day and an onsite visit being arranged promptly for the next day. Contact and identification details were provided and Van turned up exactly on time, he diagnosed the fault and replaced two faulty parts. The visit was a very pleasant and stress free experience and the issue was fully resolved. Overall an excellent and professional service.

Having bought the soundbar, Van rang me to see when would be the best date & time to deliver it; he arrived, screwed on its 'invisible' end brackets, wired it up, and checked that everything was working as it should, including adjusting the sound mode via the TV's remote control. Just a short visit (20 minutes?) and he'd made sure that everything was working at its very best! ..Great 5***** service!

I got a local carpenter to design and fit a media wall to house the 60 inch Pioneer Kuro LX6090H that I purchased from Kuro King in 2023. It was something me and my Wife always wanted. It comes complete with the Pioneer LX01 Home Cinema Surround Sound System, that includes a matching DVD HDD Freeview Recorder, and the unique shaped, omni-directional speakers.
I wish you a very Merry Christmas Van. The TV is incredible mate!

KRP-600M on a wall with my AV cabinet removed

I just spent £20,000 on the 97 inch LG G4 OLED and decided to sell my Pioneer Kuro KRP-600M. It suffered from the 'blue blink' issue and wouldnt start-up, so I booked KuroKing to service and repair it.
Blurays on the G4 OLED look about the same as the Kuro (Note: For 20 grand it should look way better), but normal Sky TV, like Eastenders, looks sub par...
I am seriously reconsidering letting go of my Kuro.
Thank you Van, for your expertise and time. I now fully appreciate how advanced and special the Kuro TVs are.

KURO KING IS A TRUE EXPERT

A few weeks ago I got my KRP-600M Main System board repaired in America by a top technician with 100% feedback and almost 9000 TV assembly boards repaired. However, when I received the board back my KRP-600M wouldn't fully power on. It was stuck on Standby. I sent it back to the repair shop but it was found to be fully working. For whatever reason, the experienced technician couldn't advise me on what I should do next?
So, when I fitted it back in my Kuro for a second time, it was still stuck on Standby. I almost lost my mind. I am a very meticulous person and I followed all the fitting instructions to the letter. I was at a loss :(
My last shot was to search the Internet and see if anyone out there, by chance, knew anything about this...Just like a bright star in the sky, I found the KuroKing website. After explaining my situation to Van, and a few emails back and forth, he suggested that I send a close-up, high resolution picture of the Main System board in situ, so that he could inspect it...
He responded really quickly and said he detected a bit of damage to the outer edge of one of the silver ribbon cables that connect from the Main System board to the Digital Assembly board, where the Main System IC (CPU) is located. He noted that inside the silver ribbon, the wire strands on the outer edges are reserved for the data power. This would severely interrupt the Start-Up process and render the Kuro in Standby. Van advised that I change that ribbon cable. I purchased a new ribbon cable and voila, my cherished KRP-600M Kuro was back up and running again... Amen!

I seriously, highly recommend anyone looking to purchase a Kuro, having any start-up issues, or wanting to know anything about the Kuro, to purchase the GOLD KURO TV SUPPORT PLAN. It's a life saver!

Kuro king helped me every step of the way via WhatsApp with the blue blink repair kit. At one stage I thought I had written off my beloved Kuro because I got 13 blue blinks, but Van calmly showed me what to do and my TV was fixed. I couldn't of done it without him. An absolute God send!

PIONEER KURO 60 INCH LX608D

I never knew anyone was still supporting the Kuro until I stumbled across a listing on the Kuro Store for a 60 inch LX608D Kuro. I always wanted one of these, so I purchased it straight away (that was back in October 2023). For the last 6 months I have been busy constructing my entertainment room to accommodate it (almost finished). The wooden panels in the picture, either side of the TV, are shutters that will have mirrors covering the side that faces the room when closed. So, the room will have a totally different feel when the doors are closed and the TV is not visible. Kuroking's support has been excellent throughout. Thank you very much

I bought my KRP-600M brand new in Hong Kong for over 10,000 and brought it with me when I moved to the UK a few years ago. Before I left I researched for someone that could service it in the UK in case something went wrong. Fortunately, I found Kuroking.com... Just before new years day it developed a power on issue (no standby light), and true to form Kuroking understood the fault and successfully repaired it. Happy new year!
