We have sold, serviced and supported countless Kuro. I personally have 20 Kuro in storage as part of my private collection, including the limited edition 'white' and 'beige gris' KRP-500A, with matching color KRP-SW01 table stands.

KuroKing.com has supported Pioneer Kuro owners from all walks of life, from all around the world; Beijing to Belgium, London to L.A. From Hollywood Movie Directors, to people in the sports world, like Premiership Footballers, to Champion Horse Jockeys, Bankers, Electrical Contractors, Chartered Accountants, Doctors, Lawyers, Hospital Emergency Staff, Business People, Artists, Celebrities, Scientists, Property Developers, Top Chefs, to a vast array of regular hardworking folk...
Looking back, my one regret was selling my incredibly rare PRO-141FD "Signature" Kuro, back in 2017, to a client in Germany. He paid me more than the original price, and I thought I would find another one, but I still haven't found one, yet.
It is an absolute pleasure meeting and talking with all the different Kuro enthusiasts. One dedicated Kuro enthusiast travelled all the way from Malaysia to London, with his KRP-500A media receiver, for us to repair. The most memorable experiences are with the guys that make the movies, that we all love to watch. I have supplied many LX5090 Kuro for the post production teams at Pinewood Studios—yes, they are that good!
A few clients built impressive feature walls around their Kuro, including a multi award winning Stunt Director, most known for his work in the "Jason Bourne" movies, "Game of Thrones TV series, and James Bond; "SKYFALL" and "Quantum of Solace", to name just a few of his many accomplishments. He placed the 60 inch Kuro we supplied alongside his Emmy awards. Bravo!
Another Special FX guy, who's company does a lot of work on the "Mission Impossible" franchise—trains falling off bridges, motorcycles jumping off mountains, car crashes, explosions, etc., came to me in the middle of filming Gladiator 2 to pick up the 60 inch Speaker Bar (PDP-S65), and media receiver for his KRP-600A

Regardless of status, everyone that owns a Kuro has exceptionally high tastes...Enjoy!

G'day from Australia. I purchased from you, the service RC - thank you, Van.👍 I still have a brand-new (in the box) PRO-141FD, imported from the US back in 2009, that comes with a beautifully packed accessory box, including a personal thank note from the Chief Technology Executive, Yoichi Sato.
For casual watching, though, I currently use the PDP-LX608A. I found it last October on Gumtree Australia with very low hours of use.
2695hrs.
I did some minor black level adjustments, and very happy with the final results.
All in all, a big PIONEER fanboy and have quite a collection of other PIONEER gear. Back in Europe used to work at HiFi salon, exclusively selling PIONEER gear (that's how…
Hello everyone. I am writing from Italy. I own: 2 units of KRP-500A, 1 unit of KRP-600A complete with all the original accessories. I also kept all the huge original packaging for every single component, and the ones from the KRP-500A in use (as new) I have placed them neatly in the bottom stairwell in the house (as relics). In the meantime, I have purchased many KRP-M01 + original replacement remote controls. What do I think of the KUROs? Although I haven't calibrated mine yet (sooner or later I will do it myself), if set up properly they are capable of extraordinary performance, even the original side speakers (detachable) are very impressive for such small speakers. I also purchased a…
Well deserved praise indeed.
I too am an avid collector of pioneer hardware, owning 2 LX5090’s, a 506pe (on loan to the father in law) and my new prize, my KRP-600a, hooked up to my Pioneer LX70 receiver, with pioneer tall boy speakers in my mancave
You get a sense of scale when you see a 5090 next to a 600
Thank you Van, again for providing the blue blink for for our original 5090, I will get it installed at some point and send the old parts back as promised
